What are your working hours?
Our skilled professionals work from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, they work from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Thanks to the flexible availability of our workers during these extensive working hours, you can always be assured that your renovation or construction project will be executed promptly and professionally.
What language do your employees speak?
All our specialists communicate in Dutch or English, as well as Spanish, Polish, and Ukrainian, so communication is never a problem. Each project is also assigned a dedicated coordinator who visits the work site at least once a week to monitor progress. The coordinator speaks Dutch and English, allowing them to respond to all your questions quickly and professionally. If you have additional concerns, you can always contact the company owner directly, who also speaks Polish.
How can I dispose of demolition and construction waste?
Virtually every renovation or construction project generates demolition and construction waste. You can easily dispose of this waste by renting a waste container from us, which will be placed at your residence during the construction project. Of course, you can also choose to transport the waste yourself to the waste disposal site or environmental station of your municipality.
Furthermore, our employees always leave their workspace neatly organized at the end of each day, even after the project is completed. This ensures that you as a customer are never unpleasantly surprised and can count on a guaranteed clean handover.
Who covers the parking costs for the craftsmen?
If you reside in an area with paid parking, the parking costs incurred by our craftsmen will be billed to you as the customer. The expenses for a day pass will then be passed on to you. However, if our employees are present at your location for a renovation or construction project for a week or more, you will find it significantly more cost-effective to apply for a temporary parking permit from your municipality. For this purpose, we provide you with the license plate number of our company vehicle in advance. Subsequently, you can easily apply for a temporary parking permit online from your municipality using that license plate number, such as in the form of a weekly or monthly pass. This way, you can effectively manage the parking costs.
Can Renoverend also supply the materials for my project?
Yes, we collaborate with wholesalers where we can purchase our materials at wholesale prices for your project. Most basic materials are available at the wholesaler we work with. Please be aware that we cannot predict and have no influence over sudden price increases in materials.
Which materials can we not supply for your project?
Finish materials are not included in your project. You will need to purchase these materials yourself. Finish materials include: floors, tiles, toilet bowls, faucets, showers, windows, doors and posts, door handles, lamps/spots, electrical outlets, switches, etc.
What does the start of my project look like?
If you accept our quote, we would like to know your preferred start date for the project. We will confirm the start date of your project as soon as possible.
One week before your project is due to start, the project coordinator will contact you and make arrangements with you. You will need to pay the coordinator in advance for the initial materials needed to start the project. The coordinator will also confirm this with you during the arrangements.
